The primary objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of the social assistance system by strengthening human resources and enhancing the quality of services, particularly those aimed at the social inclusion of the most vulnerable individuals. The project also seeks to strengthen the competencies of professional workers employed at the Social Work Centres, specifically in working with families and vulnerable individuals, thereby reinforcing protective factors and preventing potential risk factors. The introduction of methods incorporating elements of outreach work will enable services to be tailored to the needs of each individual case or service user. Through this approach, the project will effectively contribute to overcoming social exclusion and increasing the involvement of all relevant stakeholders in providing support to individuals.
